  • We offer full detailing services, including interior detailing, exterior detailing, and a variety of add-on services. Each service is tailored to your vehicle’s size and condition.

  • Appointments are booked online through our scheduling system. A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email and text with all of your appointment details.

  • The deposit secures your appointment time and helps prevent last-minute cancellations and no-shows. This allows us to provide reliable service and scheduling for all customers.

    Note: The deposit is applied toward your total payment when the appointment is completed.

  • Yes— the deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is canceled 7 days or more before the scheduled time.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled one time.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit and require an additional deposit to reschedule.

    • No-shows will forfeit the full deposit and require a new deposit to book future appointments.

  • If you notify us more than 7 days in advance, your deposit can be refunded or applied to a new appointment.

    Within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to one reschedule.

  • Detailing time varies depending on the service(s) selected and the condition of the vehicle. Most appointments take several hours, and some may require the vehicle to be left longer. Estimated timeframes will be provided at booking or drop-off.

  • Please remove all personal belonging from the vehicle, including car seats, large items, and firearms. This allows us to work efficiently and ensures nothing is damaged or misplaced.

  • Yes— however, excessively dirty vehicles may require additional time or an added fee. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before service begins.

  • Detailed Lex is not responsible for damage or loss of personal items left in the vehicle. We strongly recommend removing all personal belonging before your appointment.

  • We accept cash and electronic payments. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your service. Your $50 deposit will be applied toward your total payment if you keep your appointment.
